Featuring top-fill and non-proprietary bulk foam soap capabilities, B‑823 provides ease of maintenance and labour savings. The vandal-resistant locking cover and spout are corrosion-resistant. The bright-polished spout, cover and escutcheon coordinate with taps and other hardware on the counter.

As a foam soap dispenser, the B‑823 saves 83% of soap when compared to a liquid dispenser. More importantly, non-proprietary bulk foam soap costs significantly less than proprietary foam soap; up to 80% in some scenarios.
